New Clubs Opening

Retford Mudo is pleased to join The Zen Den and share our Meditation practise from 2pm Wednesday 13th August.

Classes will be every Wednesday and Thursday 2pm - 3pm.

For an hour of Peace and Tranquility in a hot and busy world, join us at this beautiful cooled studio for Moving Meditation and Kouksundo!
