This weekend dedicated Kim Chung Do Kwan students were again fortunate to receive the teachings of Master Kim Yong Ho. On Saturday and Sunday afternoons, a range of grades gathered at the Willow Road Dojang to be instructed in not only physical technique, but some of the more spiritual aspects of true Martial Art as a way of life. While we were, as usual, put through our physical paces, Master Kim provided an insight into his own life and how the Art of Tae Kwon Do had helped and guided his progression through life. It was a good day to remind ourselves that we will always have something to work on and strive towards.With the continued guidance of Master Kim, we too can benefit from the true Martial Art.
